Ingredients for 2 portions

  • 1 zucchini
  • 100 grams of basil leaves
  • 4 tablespoons pine nuts
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 avocado
  • 12 sliced cherry tomatoes
  • 80 ml of water

Preparation method

  • Make long strings of the zucchini. You can do this by using a spiralizer.
  • Do the rest of the ingredients except the cherry tomatoes, in the blender and miss it until smooth.
  • Put everything in a bowl and mix it together.
