Ich brauchte ein paar Monate, um mich wirklich auf die ketogene Ern\u00e4hrung umzustellen. Von da an \u00e4nderte sich alles, auf unerwartete und berauschende Weise! Keto-Anpassung und Ketose halfen mir, mich von Candida und Leaky Gut zu heilen und meinen Blutzucker sch\u00f6n niedrig zu halten.\u00a0<\/p><p>Ich startete meine Website, weil ich den Menschen helfen und sie so gut wie m\u00f6glich \u00fcber die Keto-Di\u00e4t aufkl\u00e4ren wollte.
