Ingredients 
100 % palm free MCT oil (medium chain triglycerides) from pure coconut oil with 60% caprylic acid (C8), 40% capric acid (C10), Macadamia oil, Avocado oil, Lime oil 

Recommended use:
Start with 2 times a small (5ml) spoon a day. Increase your intake slowly to 2-3 table-spoons (15ml) of MCT oil per day.  

Thanks to its subtle lemon lime taste it’s a treat to take a spoon full of it. If you wish, it can also be a great addition to your shakes, salads or more. Do not heat above 120oC.
