  • 2 small eggs or 1 large egg
  • 10g vanilla custard powder (without sugar)
  • 20g vanilla MCT collagen
  • Erythritol (to taste)
  • Topping: raspberries


  1. Mix the erythritol and the eggs until frothy
  2. Add the remaining ingredients
  3. Pour this into the glasses and bake at 175 degrees for about 12 minutes.
