Ingredients

Preparation

1. Soak the gelatin sheets in cold water for about 5 minutes to soften.
2. Dissolve the electrolytes in 150 ml of warm water and stir well.
3. Squeeze out the gelatin sheets, then add them to the warm electrolyte mix. Stir until fully dissolved.
4. Add the remaining 150 ml of cold water and mix again.
5. Pour the mixture into small molds or a dish.
6. Chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours, or until set and wiggly.
