● Need inspiration? Check out the Recipe section on Go-Keto.com.
● Keep checking labels for carbs, consult your Shopping Guide and use the App’s macro tracker.
● When planning, the trick is to aim for getting your carbs, fat and protein in the correct macro-ratios at each meal. Above all, don’t take all the carbs at once!

3.

From day 4: start measuring

Goal: to get familiar with regular measuring, tracking your GKI and aid your transition into ketosis.

Tips
● Getting into ketosis usually takes 4-7 days, so save your strips and don’t start measuring before day 4.
● Not yet in ketosis? Wait another day. Once you’re in ketosis, you can start measuring as scheduled.
● Extra ketone test strips are available here at Ketofitshop.com. Don’t forget to use your personal discount code!

Good luck making your metabolic switch!
