I am a pragmatist who has been developing effective keto tools for 10 years. One is a delicious keto cracker as a bread substitute. The other is a 13-week step-by-step introduction to the keto lifestyle. The name says it all: “feel keto training”. Participants are given a weekly goal each week and then train 1:1 for a week. Zoom or onsite, in English or German language. The results are fantastic. So far, more than 100 finishers have received their certificates. And the results are fantastic. In most cases, a few kilos on the hips were the trigger for the training. In the end, there are always other surprising improvements in health. The training is also the basis for further training and certification as a “feel keto trainer”. The training can be licensed.
I love life with my family and friends, nature and health. My mission is prevention. My hobbies are reading, mountain hiking, ice swimming and show jumping. My credo: there is always a solution.
