For Go-Keto Day 2023, on the 5th of January, our colleague Michelle treated us to these amazing keto waffles. She created the recipe expecially to celebrate the introduction of our bio-organic Go-Keto keto baking essentials: White Almond FlourCoconut Flour and Psyllium Husk Flour!

Bio Organic White Almond Flour Go-Keto 400g

These soft, tender waffles are extra delicious topped with some erythritol-sweetened whipped cream, chocolate and raspberries, just as Michelle served them! They’re easy and fun to make, but please note: for this recipe, a waffle iron is indispensable. Enjoy!

Serves: 2


1 tbs butter (at room temperature)
120g cream cheese
80g Erythritol
120g White Almond Flour
4 eggs
1 ts xanthan gum
1 ts sugar free vanilla extract
1 ts Psyllium Husk Powder
2 ts baking powder
1 ts MCT Oil Energy
Pinch of salt


  1. Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Add the butter and cream cheese with the erythritol to another bowl. Mix with an electric mixer until fluffy.
  3. Add the eggs, vanilla and the dry ingredients to the bowl with the cream cheese and butter. Mix well until you have a smooth waffle batter.
  4. Add the MCT Oil and mix for 1 more minute.
  5. Let the batter rest for 5 minutes.
  6. Heat up your waffle iron.
  7. Grease the iron with butter or coconut oil before adding the batter.
  8. Follow the baking instructions of your waffle iron to prepare the waffles.
