Hot Dalgona Coffee for Ketonians with MCT Powder
Ingredients for 2 coffees:
- 15g instant coffee (2 tbsp)
- 40g erythritol
- 3 tbsp boiling water
- 1 tsp cinnamon, vanilla, tasy spices like gingerbread, speculoos
- 400ml almond milk
- 2 scoops of MCT powder
- whipped cream
Preparation:
- Dissolve the coffee with 3 tbsp. boiling water
- Mix the erythritol with the spices and add to the coffee-water mixture and mix everything for 5 minutes on the highest speed. Use e.g. a hand mixer, a thick cream should be formed.
- Heat the almond milk, really hot, but do not boil
- Mix the MCT powder with the almond milk using amixer, blender or electric whisk
- Pour the coffee micture over it
- Top with plenty of fresh cream
