Amanda Abagima is a certified health and nutrition coach and mother of two daughters. Her journey toward a healthy lifestyle began with an awareness that her diet was affecting her health. She lost 50 kilos by adopting a low-carb diet, regaining energy and well-being without sacrificing the flavors of her family heritage. Today, she shares her experience with a dedicated community, supports over 1,200 people in reaching their goals, and collaborates with companies in England to promote healthy eating in the workplace.
