Coaching, Seminars, Retreats
I am a biologist and nutritional scientist, as well as a blogger, author, speaker, entrepreneur, and science enthusiast. In my late twenties, I faced severe health challenges, including chronic back pain, depression, weight gain, and sleep issues, despite strictly following all the prescribed health guidelines. By the time I turned 30, I had reached a new low, marking a critical turning point in my health journey. Determined to uncover deeper insights, I delved into the original science, which led me to question the standard dietary guidelines and ultimately reclaim my health.
Over the past decade, I have battled back to health and now consider myself in the best health of my life. As a coach, I assist others who have faced similar long-term struggles, guiding them on their paths to health and well-being. I support high-performing individuals in achieving their potential and have built one of the most popular German blogs on the low-carb and keto lifestyle (www.juliatulipan.at).
Together with my esteemed colleague Daniela Pfeifer, we launched the first certified KetoCoach training program in German. I am also a founding member of the Ess-Wissen Club für Praktiker (EWiP), a membership platform for health professionals. Within EWiP, my co-founders and I review studies and scientific papers, creating infographics, slides, and materials to aid professionals in their work with clients.
