KeTOgether

KeTOgether is a Dutch-language cookbook with more than 80 low-carb and keto recipes. It is written for everyone who wants to eat consciously, without strict dieting, and with enjoyment at the table. Please note: this cookbook is available in Dutch only. Part of the proceeds support scientific research into the interaction between lifestyle and the brain.

Ketogenic, low-carb, Western diet… How do you choose what works for you?
As dietitians, we understand all too well how lost you can feel in the forest of different “diets.” And honestly? We’re not really into “dieting.” What we want is to inspire you to develop a lifestyle that fits who you are. In this cookbook, we’ll help you discover how to develop a low-carb diet – with simple, delicious recipes and mindset tips. Because how you think determines how you choose, and that’s the key to a nutritious and conscious lifestyle!

During our studies, we had the honor of working with Dr. Eline Dekeyster, assistant professor at Leiden University. This cookbook emerged from that collaboration. A ketogenic diet is incredibly valuable for individuals with (or at risk of) certain conditions, but the benefits of eating fewer carbs go much further. That’s why this cookbook is for everyone — whether you eat keto, low-carb, or even higher-carb.

KeTOgether shows how a nutritious and conscious lifestyle doesn’t have to be complicated. Nutritious eating can be simple, accessible, flavorful, and inspiring. It’s not just about what you eat, but also about enjoying together, connecting, and creating a life that truly suits you.

The cookbook includes plenty of delicious recipes that help you connect with yourself, your lifestyle, your table companions, and tantalize your taste buds.
