I am Sindy – a biologist, holistic health and nutrition coach for a low carb and keto lifestyle, as well as a stress and sleep coach.
My journey began with personal challenges: stress-related health issues, chronic illnesses, and my husband’s cancer diagnosis led me to the keto diet – a decision that fundamentally changed my life.
I took my health into my own hands, questioned dogmas, and used my biological knowledge along with various trainings to develop an epigenetic, holistic perspective on health. In doing so, I consider all aspects that influence our well-being: sleep, stress, nutrition, habits, living environment, and mindset.
To me, it’s clear:
– Fat makes you slim.
– Ketones are the best fuel for our brain.
– Carbohydrates are a luxury I don’t necessarily need.
– Not every fruit and vegetable is inherently healthy.
Antinutrients and individual tolerance are crucial. The true cause of inflammation lies in the flood of sugar – whether from table sugar, bread, vegetables, or fruit.
I overcame sugar addiction, brain fog, depression, joint pain, weather sensitivity, and prediabetes. My asthma was reduced by 90%. My menstrual cycle became like clockwork, and I now experience a mental clarity and physical energy I could never have imagined before.
My goal is to share this knowledge and help people find their balance. With a holistic approach and a ketogenic diet, I want to sustainably promote health – with simple, practical solutions that enrich life.
I am also the mother of two boys, who also live a ketogenic lifestyle.
