Chocolate Mousse

Chocolate mousse with keto chocolate. A tasty and sugar-free recipe.

Serves: 4

Ingredients

  • 50g dark chocolate (70–100%)
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Preparation

Method:

  • Step 1: Melt the chocolate using a double boiler. Once melted, let it cool slightly.
  • Step 2: Separate the egg whites from the yolks. Whip the egg whites until stiff peaks form.
  • Step 3: Gently fold the melted chocolate and vanilla extract into the egg whites without breaking them.
  • Step 4: Add the yolks and mix thoroughly.
  • Step 5: Divide the mixture into 4 ramekins and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
 
Tips & Notes:
I don’t use any sweeteners, but if you’re using 90% chocolate, feel free to add some for balance.
